SS - Setting up Product Downloads
1. Log into the CMS.
2. On the left-hand side menu, go to “Product Downloads” -> “Add New”.
3. In the “Add title” section enter the exact web slug for the product this is to be associated with. This is used to lookup the product downloads on the product page.
4. In the content area click on the “plus” symbol to add a new block and search for “file” to bring up the file block, and click on “File” to insert a new block.
5. You can either upload a file directly, or open the “Media Library” to find an existing file.
6. Once the file has been uploaded or selected you should have an entry in the content like this:
7. If you uploaded a PDF file you might want to disable the inline preview using the option on the right-hand menu.
8. If you click into the file name you can edit it to whatever you want the link to say.
9. On the right-hand menu you can also set whether the text link should open in a new window, which is recommended, and whether to show the download link or not.
10. Repeat steps 4 – 9 until you have all of the downloads setup.
11. Check the product page to make sure that the downloads are displaying correctly.
