Quotations

Accessing the Quotations Settings

You can access the main KC:Web Settings by going to “KC:Web Settings” -> “Available Options” on the left-hand menu.


You will then need to click on the “Quotations” tab to switch the view to the options for this plugin.



Available Options

Force As Quotation: Select the countries that will be forced to be logged in and use quotations.

Quotation Contact Email Address: Set the email address to be contacted when a quotation is generated.

New Quotation Subject: Set the Subject  to use for the new quotation email send to the admin.

New Quotation Template: Select the Email Template to use for the new quotation email send to the admin.

Email Customer on New Quote: Select whether to send the customer an email when their order is converted to a quote.

Customer New Quotation Subject: Set the Subject to use for the new quotation email sent to the customer.

Customer New Quotation Template: Select the Email Template to use for the new quotation email sent to the customer.

Email Customer on Cancelling a Quote: Select whether to send the customer an email when they cancel a quote.

Customer Cancelled Quotation Subject: Set the Subject to use for the email sent to the customer when they cancel a quote.

Customer Cancelled Quotation Template: Select the Email Template to use for the email sent to the customer when they cancel a quote.

Ready to Confirm SIM Stages: Select the SIM stage to use for quotes that are ready to confirm.

Pending SIM Stages: Select the SIM stage to use for quotes that are pending review.

Unsuccessful SIM Stages: Select the SIM stage to use for quotes that were unsuccessful.

Skip Existing Payment Check: Select whether to skip the existing payment check for quotes on all PSPs.

Paypal Authorised URL Override: Set the URL to send PayPal payments for quotes to after it is authorised.
