Multiple Khaos Controls

This plugin allows you to connect multiple Khaos Control instances to a single website, and split up the customers between them based on the customer’s postcode.

You can also use this plugin to split up customers to use multiple Sites with a single Khaos Control instance, again based on their postcode.

Accessing the Multi KC Settings

You can access the main KC:Web Settings by going to “KC:Web Settings” -> “Available Options” on the left-hand menu.


You will then need to click on the “Multi KC” tab to switch the view to the options for this plugin.



Available Options

Number of Instances: Enter the number of KC instances that are required.

Use Order Address for Site Evaluation: Select whether to use order addresses when deciding what site to assign a customer to.

Address Type: Select the type of address to use when working out which instance a customer should use.

Address Selection Order: Select the order addresses should be matched in when looking up a type of address.


If you have more than 1 instance, the following options will also be added for each instance:

Order Site for KC Instance X: Select the site to be set as default on orders.

Order Sales Source for KC Instance X: Select the sales source to be set as default on orders.

Reward Point Bank Account for KC Instance X: Choose the bank account in Khaos Control to use for Reward Points.

 

If you have the Opayo plugin enabled, each extra instance will also have these options added:

Opayo Vendor Name for KC Instance X: Set your Opayo account's vendor name.

Opayo  Bank Account for KC Instance X: Choose the bank account in Khaos Control to use for Opayo.


If you have the Paypal plugin enabled, each extra instance will also have these options added:

Paypal Client ID for KC Instance X: Set the Client ID taken from your account.

Paypal Client Secret for KC Instance X: Set the Client Secret taken from your account.

Paypal Bank Account for KC Instance X: Choose the bank account in Khaos Control to use for Paypal.

If you have the Stripe plugin enabled, each extra instance will also have these options added:

Stripe Public API Key for KC Instance X: Set your public Stripe API key.

Stripe Private API Key for KC Instance X: Set your private Stripe API key.

Stripe Bank Account for KC Instance X: Choose the bank account in Khaos Control to use for Stripe.
