Accessing the Mailchimp Settings

You can access the main KC:Web Settings by going to “KC:Web Settings” -> “Mailchimp” on the left-hand menu.



Available Options

General

MailChimp API Key: Set the API key taken from your MailChimp account.

Enable Integration: Enable the MailChimp Integration.

 

Connect

Create Connected Site in MailChimp: Setup a new Connected Site in your MailChimp account, which will be used to connect this website to it.

Use Existing MailChimp Connected Site: Select an existing Connected Site that is setup in your MailChimp account.

 

Mailing List

Default Subscriber Status: This status is used by default when someone signs up

MailChimp List: Set the Mailchimp email list to use when signing customers up to mailing lists.

 

E-Commerce

Connect Store in MailChimp: Connect the website to a new Store in your MailChimp account.

Connect to Existing Store in MailChimp: Connect to a Store that is already setup in your MailChimp account.

Sync time (minute): How often the sync runs, in minutes

Checkout URL: The url of the checkout for this website

Order URL: The url of where a customer can view their order, you can use {{order_id}} to define where the id of the order appears within the url

Include Addresses: Transfer address information from Khaos Control Web to MailChimp?

Opt in customer?: The customer's opt-in status. This value will never overwrite the opt-in status of a pre-existing MailChimp list member, but will apply to list members that are added through the e-commerce API endpoints. Customers who don't opt in to your MailChimp list will be added as Transactional members
