Khaos Control Web can track the search terms that customers search for, which can be enabled via:

- Log into the CMS.

- Go to "KC:Web" -> "Available Options" -> "Search" tab.

                  

- Tick the box for "Log Popular Search Terms"

- Click the "Save Changes" button.

Once enabled the logs can be viewed via:

- Log into the CMS.

- Go to "KC:Web" -> "Logs" -> "Search Terms" tab

            

- This will display a table with all of the search terms used on the website, including data on the amount of times the term has been searched for and the last time it was searched for.

If you use the "KCW Popular Search Terms" widget you may want to exclude certain search terms from being displayed on the website.

To do this you will need to do the following:

- Go to the search terms log, as listed above.

- Find the search term, either by going through the list or by searching for it using the "Search Terms" option.

- Click on the "Exclude" button for that search term.

Once a search term has been excluded it won't be displayed in the "KCW Popular Search Terms" widget.

To re-include the search term, you can do the same as the above, but the term will have an "Include" button to click.
