Category Requirements
Category
In order for your category structure to be used on a Khaos Control Web website, the following must be done:
- It must be setup within the "Web" screen in Khaos Control
- The Root Category ID must be set in your website settings (this is normally done by one of our web developers)
- Each category and sub-category must have a unique Web Slug (under the Meta tab)
- The Hidden option (under the Advanced tab) must be unticked
- If you wish to setup a category and not show it within a website's main menu, the Hide of Menu option can be ticked~
Category Images
In order for an image on a category to display on a Khaos Control Web website, the following must be done:
- The image file should be placed in a folder on the web server, and the file added to the category in Khaos Control via a network mapped drive on the Khaos Control server (under the Category tab)
