New categories and/or products are not showing
The website uses advanced techniques to ensure performance is delivered, this means for some aspects we need to cache the structure of the website to a certain time limit. If your products need to be shown instantly or you are using the staging website, you may need to clear the cache.
To clear the site cache, go to "Clear KCW Cache" in the top admin-bar, then click on "Clear Full Site Cache":
Once this is complete you can reload the front-end of the website and the latest version of the category structure will be loaded from Khaos Control.
If you have tried this and products still do not appear, you may want to review adding a product.
