CA - Theme Customisation Options

There are two options that are website-wide and specific only to the Cool Air theme.

Accessing the Customisation Options

To access the customisation options, log into the CMS and go to “Appearance” on the left-hand menu, then “Customise”:

You can then access the options by going into “Theme Options: General”:

Updating the Customisation Options

Once you have changed either of the options, you need to click the “Publish” button at the top, on the left-hand side:

Any changes you make will be previewed in the right-hand side of the screen, and will update once they have been changed, but will only be temporarily changed until they are published.

The Customisation Options

-          Question answer period: This is the number of working days an FAQ question will be answered within, and is displayed above the form when a customer submits a question:

NOTE – This is purely a front-end option and doesn’t change anything in the system.
